Perfect Mango Salsa

This is a simple but very tasty recipe I made.

You will need the following: 3 mangos, 1 small papaya, 1/2 spanish onion, 2 jalapenos, 1/2 pineapple, 2 asian pears, ’bout 3 tbls of evoo, a little white wine and a tbls of fresh chopped cilantro.

First thing to do is peel all the fruits and core them(of course). Then dice them to about 1/4 inch. Mix these guys real gentle like and slice your onion as thin as you can and add that along. Sprinkle the cilantro and drizzle it with the Olive oil (the best you can find). Next thing to do is refridgerate it for an hour or two and drizzle it all with white wine.

I prefer this with GRILLED salmon or fish but it’s also good with pork or chicken. Next thing to do is call a friend over, pour a couple  glasses of the white wine, put on some Barry White and enjoy the evening.
